About the service
Blupoli is an independently developed website provided under the ArceApps name in Spain. It offers browser-based puzzles, solitaire games and related content on blupoli.com, Puzzles and Cards.
Playing and accounts
Games can be used without an account where the relevant feature allows it. Signing in with Google is optional and uses Supabase Auth. You are responsible for using your account lawfully and for safeguarding access to the Google account you use to sign in.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse the service, interfere with other players, compromise systems, automate harmful requests, impersonate others or upload unlawful content where community features are offered. We may limit abusive access where necessary to protect players and the service.
Results and availability
We aim to provide reliable gameplay but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, permanent records or error-free results. Local data can be cleared by the browser and cloud saves may require connectivity; check the in-app save status. Do not rely on game statistics as a health or medical assessment.
Content and future paid features
The original Blupoli interface, code, editorial work and assets are protected by their applicable rights. Third-party names and services remain their owners’ property. If optional paid features are introduced, their prices and specific conditions will be presented before purchase; these terms do not create a subscription or payment obligation.
Changes, law and contact
We may reasonably modify the games or these terms and publish the updated version here. Applicable consumer protections and mandatory rights remain in force. Spanish law applies subject to any mandatory protections of your place of residence.
