Who is responsible?
Blupoli is provided under the ArceApps name in Spain. The full legal identity of the data controller and a working private contact channel must be completed before this notice can be used for formal compliance verification.
What information is processed?
You can play without creating an account. If you choose Google sign-in, Google and Supabase Auth process your sign-in; Blupoli may receive your email address, display name, profile image and a user identifier. With a signed-in account, game results, records, achievements, preferences and progress can be stored in Supabase. The browser also stores unfinished games, temporary game state, account sessions and technical retry information. Servers may process IP addresses, device and request information for secure delivery.
Why is this data used?
Account and gameplay data support sign-in, saved progress and requested features (performance of the service). Essential technical information is used to protect and operate the service (legitimate interests and applicable legal obligations). Optional analytics cookies require your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
Who provides these services?
Google provides Google Sign-In and Google Analytics; Supabase provides authentication and player data storage; Firebase Hosting delivers the websites. These providers process data under their applicable policies and contractual safeguards. We do not sell player personal information.
Cookies and analytics
Blupoli uses essential browser storage for sessions and game continuity and a cookie to remember your analytics choice. Google Analytics is configured with analytics storage denied by default. If you reject, limited cookieless measurement may still be sent; if you accept, analytics cookies are enabled. You can reopen “Cookies and analytics” from the footer to change your choice.
Storage and retention
Account information and cloud gameplay data are held while needed to provide the account and associated features, or where an applicable legal duty requires retention. Local game data stays on your device until removed by the browser or user. Technical logs and analytics data follow the applicable service retention settings. We do not promise automatic removal when you simply sign out.
Your rights
Where data protection law applies, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing, and withdraw consent without affecting prior lawful processing. A private contact form for these requests is planned but is not yet available. You may complain to your local supervisory authority, including the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
International processing and changes
Technology providers may process data outside the European Economic Area using applicable safeguards. We use HTTPS and access controls, but no system is completely risk-free. We may update this policy as features change; the current version and update date will be published here.
